PVC Replacement, PE-based Food Packaging Cling Film
Polyethylene (PE), the base material for Juyou cheese film wrap, is a structurally simple polymer with minimal environmental impact. It is easy to recycle, and when destroyed, it burns into hydrogen and carbon without any polluting components.
Polyethylene cheese film wrap were developed to mimic the key physical properties of PVC films such as softness, tackiness and clarity. It turns out that PE film is better than PVC film in many ways.
Polyethylene cheese cling film is an ideal replacement for traditional films that contain toxic plasticizers (such as phthalates), harmful heavy metals (such as lead and mercury), biocides and other toxic substances that are harmful to human health.
PE-based cheese wrap films have been recognized as one of the most innovative at some of the industry’s largest trade shows, such as NRA Show 2018 in Chicago, USA and IFA 2019 in Frankfurt, Germany, in response to the ecological pressure caused by the controversial PVC film.
