Juyou PE cling wrap are food contact safe and compatible with the auto weigh and wrapping machines used in their butchery department, Digi AW4600 and AW5600 range of wrappers, Fabbri Group Elixa Range of wrappers (Elixa 21,24,30 and 35 models) and Ishida wrappers. As well as the rPET moisture lock meat trays as used by all supermarket butchery departments.
PVC Replacement, PE-based Food Packaging Cling Film
Polyethylene (PE), the base material for Juyou meat packaging cling film, is a structurally simple polymer with minimal environmental impact. It is easy to recycle, and when destroyed, it burns into hydrogen and carbon without any polluting components.
Polyethylene meat packaging cling film were developed to mimic the key physical properties of PVC films such as softness, tackiness and clarity. It turns out that PE film is better than PVC film in many ways.
